This page will celebrate and highlight national organisations that express similar aspirations for the welfare and safety of culturally and linguistically diverse emergency responders in Australia which Caldern welcomes. These aspirations include fair and equitable treatment in employment and the volunteer space. Caldern commits to ensuring members receive all their entitlements including fair and equitable treatment and if necessary, request assistance from these organisations to share information to use their expertise  in engaging institutions including the Fair Work Commission, Health and Safety Organisations, Australian Human Rights Commission and other Equal Opportunity instrumentalities. Caldern will never disclose member identity without permission to these partners and will disclose all relevant details to members before engaging these partners.
